About Heidi's Cakes
Heidi’s Cakes is a small professional cake making and decorating business based in the historic Vale of Berkeley, close to the 12th century Berkeley Castle on the edge of the Cotswold Hills and situated on the site where Edward Jenner was born.
I have been making cakes for over 25 years. Until now, it has always been a hobby of mine. Over the years, numerous people had told me that I should start up my own business. So that is just what I did.
All my fruit and sponge cakes are created using only the finest quality ingredients and, unlike many other suppliers, are completely handmade to order. I do not use frozen or mass produced stock, and this is clearly reflected in the superior flavours and textures.
